- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or PG Diploma in Clinical Research
Key Responsibilities of CRA at Sun Pharma:-
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of clinical trials, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality research standards.
✔ Site Feasibility & Selection – Identify and finalize investigators, negotiate budgets, and execute study contracts.
✔ Regulatory & Ethics Submissions – Prepare and submit study documents for EC (Ethics Committee) approvals.
✔ Clinical Trial Monitoring – Manage initiation, monitoring visits, and site close-out with complete documentation.
✔ Training & Guidance – Provide protocol and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) training to site teams.
✔ Patient Enrollment & Data Handling – Monitor recruitment, ensure accurate data entry, and resolve study queries.
✔ Safety Management – Handle SAE (Serious Adverse Event) and SUSAR reporting as per PV policies.
✔ Risk & Quality Management – Identify risks, implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), and maintain compliance.
✔ Coordination with CROs – Collaborate with CROs for database management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
